the strategy stuff and approach to skills and drills. The perspective on giving kids a future and not taking it away from them really was a key as well. There are many abuses in Travel Ball (and Little League) in regard to abusing pitchers’ arms to win a game or get some hardware, or coaches glorifying themselves at the expense of their kids.
